额定电压0.6/1kV聚氯乙烯绝缘电力电缆

1、产品执行标准

GB/T 12706.1-2008。

2、产品应用范围

适用于室内、隧道、电缆沟、桥架、管道及直埋等环境下电力设备的电源传输。单芯电缆不允许敷设于磁性管道中。

3、产品使用特性

3.1.额定电压:0.6/1kV。

3.2.导体的最高允许工作温度为70℃,导体短路时(短路时间不超过5s)的最高温度为150℃。

3.3.电缆安装时最小弯曲半径:

单芯无铠装电缆:20D,单芯铠装电缆:15D;

三芯无铠装电缆:15D,三芯铠装电缆:12D。

3.4.电缆安装环境温度:≥0℃;电缆使用环境温度:-15℃~70℃。

3.5.电缆工频耐压:3.5Uo,不击穿。

4、电缆主要技术指标

4.1.导体结构:裸铜,符合GB/T 3956第1种实心导体或第2种绞合导体。

4.2.绝缘材料:交联聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯,符合GB/T 12706.1的相关要求。

4.3.线芯标识:符合GB/T 6995.5的相关要求。

4.4.内衬层:PE包带。

4.5.铠装材料:钢带、钢丝,符合GB/T 12706.1的相关要求。

4.6.护套:聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、低烟无卤聚烯烃,符合GB/T 12706.1的相关要求。
